SUBTLE BODY READING AND CLEANSING

Just as our physical body holds information about our health, so too do our subtle bodies. A subtle body reading will reveal energetic and emotional blockages, information from the plant kingdom, dietary nudges, animal medicine, along with information from ancestors and / or other spirits. In this 45 minute session, you will lay down and relax in a comfortable space. I’ll tune in and temporarily ground into your field, observe the current state, receive information, cleanse and rebalance your energy bodies. Afterwards it’s your choice whether we ground in together via Zoom or via voice notes on Whatsapp to share the information received, offer tools to support optimal flow and receive what you’d like to share from your experience.

I received my Reiki Teacher / Master attunement in 2017 from Alan Waugh.

The way I view certifications currently in our modern society is nothing more than another ego label. Reiki itself is only one label for a practice that has existed across all cultures in some form. I ceased engaging with Reiki and it’s associated symbols in 2021, finding a feeling of density associated with it. Since dropping the label and symbols, I’ve found my work infinitely more powerful at moving the energy. I use the word below only because it’s a modality that has become collectively trendy with more people having some semblance of an idea to what it is. The attunement received by my teacher Alan, was more of a shamanic transmission given than Alan has studied and worked with Shamanism and Master Plants in the Amazon for 2+ decades. Combined with my own work with shamanism and master plant allies, my sessions are more shamanic in nature than “Reiki”.
