Just as our physical body holds information about our health, so too do our subtle bodies. A subtle body reading will reveal energetic and emotional blockages, information from the plant kingdom, dietary nudges, animal medicine, along with information from ancestors and / or other spirits. In this 45 minute session, you will lay down and relax in a comfortable space. I’ll tune in and temporarily ground into your field, observe the current state, receive information, cleanse and rebalance your energy bodies, enabling organic flow to resume optimal homeostatis. Afterwards, we will ground in together and have a 15 - 30 minute conversation over zoom in which I will share the information and observations I received during our session together and you may ask questions and share your experience.
