Hi! I’m Risa. I’m an artist, teacher and guide. I work with my clients via astrology, energy work, art and herbalism. I’m a 5/2 Reflector in Human Design and a Scorpion Sun, Aries Moon and Libra rising with a chart ruled by Venus in Western Astrology.

I was introduced to Astrology by my Mom in the early 90’s and have been studying the language ever since, giving readings for the last 20 years. I began to learn Reiki in 2014 and received my teacher attunement in 2017. A potent dream in 2016 led me onto the plant path which eventually led me to reverse the path of my ancestors and move from California back to Mexico weaving with and studying traditional indigenous medicine.

I was a makeup artist in the beauty and fashion industry for 18 years in NY, SF, LA and Miami and I still work as a makeup artist for creative events in Mexico. I’m also a photographer that mainly focuses on embodiment sessions and a jewelry artist sending pieces of magic talisman out into the world to be cherished.

As a Scorpio I’ve had many deaths and rebirths enabling me to assist others through their own transformative processes. With Pluto and Lilith conjunct my Venus, Mercury in Scorpio and Uranus conjunct my Sun, I’m a voice and channel of light for the dark, skilled at navigating betwixt realms.
