When was the last time you walked in the forest barefoot? How often do you feel wild water on your skin? When was the last time a plant came to you in your dreams? What was the last thing a tree taught you in conversation? Do you know how to work with your auric field? Have you ever co-created medicine or art with a plant?

Earth Medicine is a multi-layered journey into the natural world that flows in an organic way, guided by what each individual needs. Spanning over 3 sessions, it incorporates herbalism, intuition, energy work and the practice of being in right relation. My intention is to help foster your relationship with all sentient beings in your life, aid you to activate dormant DNA through the learning and practice of ancient ways of listening, sensing, and honoring the natural, organic world. You will be introduced to plant friends and engage in several activities and practices to foster an intentional relationship with these wondrous beings. They will teach you how to engage and work with your subtle bodies. Igniting your intuitive processes, you will be encouraged to honor and follow the nudges you receive.

First Meeting: Connection

We’ll open our journey together learning how to enter wild spaces with integrity. We will share personalized medicinal cacao and or tea while grounding into nature together. We’ll learn about reciprocity and the power and exchange inherent in making an offering. You will be guided through a series of sensory experiences and energy work, learning to focus your presence and identify the feelings of subtle energy and how to communicate with it. You will meet and work with several plant allies via touch, taste and self guided, spirit led meditation to support facilitation of this teaching. Fruit, tea, honey and an organic, whole plant based meal will be offered afterwards.

Second Meeting: Practice

All relationships are fostered by practice: a continued meeting and grounding in with one another to share yourselves. In this second meeting we again will enter the forest together, ground in and share what our experience has been since the first meeting while sharing cacao and tea. You will be introduced to more plant allies, weaving their essences and wisdom within your previous and present lessons being moved through. We will guide you through artistic and somatic practices to aid in the integration of what the plants are offering you. Fruit, tea, honey and an organic, whole plant based meal will be offered afterwards.

Third Meeting: Recognition

The act of remembering, recognition is always an act of coming home to ourselves. Focused on integration of the experience during our second meeting, we will dive deeper through various energetic practices, aided by our plant allies in the name of illuminating the subconscious gems and bringing them to the surface to study them with wonder and awe so we may reincorporate them into our conscious self.
