I began infusing the base blend of “Nourish” while traveling through Mexico and Costa Rica in 2021 to hydrate and protect my (very fair Irish) skin as pre and post sun care.
After working in the beauty industry for 2 decades, I intimately understand the importance of caring for the skin and am ever grateful a fellow artist introduced me to using oils on my clients in 2010. While they may take a bit a longer for the skin to full absorb, natural oils are one of the best things we can feed our skin with. When I began studying herbalism in 2017 one of my teachers introduced me to Castor seed oil because of how rich it is with the ability to penetrate deeply.
Nourish is created with 3 ingredients: Tepezcohuite, Calendula and Castor Seed oil
Nourish + is a boosted version of Nourish with additional pomegranate seed to soothe, rose hip to brighten & aid in acne, passionfruit to further induce collagen production and pumpkin seed to further reinforce the skins moisture barrier.
Tepezcohuite, (Mimosa Tenuiflora) is known as the skin tree in Southern Mexico with antimicrobial and antibacterial properties containing a multitude of tannins and flavonoids that aid in:
• Reducing inflammation
• Cellular Regeneration
• Healing wounds
• Reversing signs of aging and scarring
Calendula is a beautiful yellow flower that has similar effects along with:
• Promoting collagen production
• Anti-fungal
• protecting skin from free radicals
