Upon booking this session, you will fill out a brief intake form with reflective questions and health history. During our 45 minute zoom meeting we’ll ground in together via video call, in which I’ll work with you in organic flow from a range of realms I am intuitively guided into and offer my insights and any practices I am nudged to share. This may include natural medicine, astrological influences, ancestral messages, energy and ritual practices along with body work to aid in removing blockages. Our session will close out with new practices and homework to support your continued journey and help to integrate the insights you have received. Notes from our session will be emailed afterwards.
