During our session together, the intention is to devote focus and help guide you full circle on one main challenge you’re moving through. Sharing practices to aid in shifting perspective and move energy incites a spiral movement allowing us to progress beyond the point we’re feeling challenged by. When booking this session, you will fill out a brief intake form with reflective questions and health history. In our zoom meeting we’ll ground in together and I’ll work with you in organic flow from a range of realms I am intuitively guided into and offer my insights and any practices I am nudged to share. This may include natural medicine, astrological influences, ancestral messages, energy and ritual practices along with body work to aid in removing blockages. Our 90 minute session will close out with new practices and homework to support your continued journey and help to integrate the insights you have received.
